“ Always great service and food.. good variety of meals I've not seen at other restaurants, plus all the favorites.. ”
“ Great curry - nice staff highly recommend ... ”
“ Fantastic food! So tasty with lovely different textures and flavours across all the dishes Would totally recommend! The staff were very nice Only a picture of the empty plates as is was to excited to eat!! ”
“ Wow!...didn't think Portishead needed another Indian restaurant....but I was wrong! This place is another level. Spice Aroma and the Gahadi best just close their doors. Fresh and full of flavour with a great service, let's hope they can keep up the hight standards....well done all at Vilsa ”
“ Only rated the atmosphere a 4 instead of 5 as we went early and it was a bit quiet. ”
“ The food from this place is incredible - they sometimes run a little late and it's TOO BUSY on weekends but it's worth it when you taste the food. We've tried so many starters (but always stick to the same main) and everything has been fantastic. Can't wait to eat in in person! Update: We've frequented Vilasa since moving to Portishead and I don't think we've ever had a less than great experience. Love the food, staff and environment. Very much recommend all the starters, and my personal favourite: lamb tikka dansak. ”
“ The only thing better than the food is the service! Best restaurant in Portishead. Personally recommend the lamb tikka fazari special! Loads of meat. Very tasty. And nice spice too. Cater well to vegetarians. Wife loves various dishes offered. Best thing is that the food is always the same every time. ”
“ Excellent curry, quick service, not expensive. I drank Coke (because I was driving) which was a bit flat. I think it may have been served from large plastic bottles whereas postmix or individual glass bottles would be better, but to be honest that's the only criticism I would give, and it's not like we go to a curry house for the Coca-Cola! ”
